View from EVERY window was AMAZING! One of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Will definitely stay here again.

Property was extremely clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated! Little details like easy to read labels for all light switches and good-smelling lotion,shampoo,etc were nice touches. High quality towels and linens helped make everything feel like home. And the view....magnificent! Felt like we were in a treehouse!

Brought the whole family out to play in the snow! It was just right for us. Kids big and small really enjoyed. Tubing is a blast! Views are fantastic from this property. Thank you for hosting us!

Stay here! Views are tremendous and space is large. We all had a fantastic end of summer stay. The Lodging folks were amazing and helped out a lot when we needed them. Ton of fun activities and great location right near it all. Many thanks again!

Views!! Our family could not get enough of the views that Spruce Ridge 714H offered. And the inside was just as awesome. We loved being able to sit and relax in front of the fireplace each night. The dining table was perfect for our family to gather around and eat big breakfasts before heading out on the slopes for the day. Spacious, comfortable, and clean home. Thanks to the staff at Winter Park Lodging Company for their friendliness and great communication during our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

The panoramic views, beautifully decorated and perfectly located home made for the perfect ski trip! This home is well taken care of and offers all amenities that you could possibly need!! We loved it!

I absolutely loved this vacation. Excellent cabin with the most amazing view. We had everything we need for our stay. Location is a plus. Very comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it. Also, they called me and texted me from the office a few times to make sure i didn't need anything. Great company overall ?.

As always our stay was first rate. The units are clean and when a problem does occur it is taken care of quickly. I really appreciate that the rates advertised include all taxes and fees. Many other booking agencies do not include these items in the advertised rate. We look forward to using Winter Park Lodging Company again.

The condo was very comfortable and clean. We had enough space for 4 adults and two kids. It was close to restaurants and activities. The entrance has plenty of room to leave your boots and coats and a nice warm floor. The carpeting was clean and good quality. The beds were comfortable too. The dining table was big and easily seat 8 people. We had a great stay. It is an end unit so it had great views and drop off edge.

The views are just nutty in the living room.....like 180 degrees!  Giant sectional comfy couch and great decor throughout. We just loved this place....had such a great feel to it. Great overall location and the free shuttle was so easy to access. I think we've found a new place to stay up in the mountains. Thanks for letting us utilize this special place.

Our group was 2 couples with 3 teenagers. We all really enjoyed the property. Hung out and checked out the views and where we hiked...Byers Peak! Enjoyed a great rest after that feat in a comfortable spot.

Clean Condo, immediate and proactive response(s) from the team, gorgeous view and easy access to the slopes. Wonderful stay and we look forward to returning next year. If you're contemplating using this company, have no fear and Book It!

We were so impressed with our accommodations. We had a family of 4 and wished we had another family to share the space. All amenities were in great condition. Location was great for proximity to Fraser and Winter Park ski resort. The shuttle has a stop that's near the condo complex. However, I recommend using a rental car or personal transportation to get you back and forth to ski slopes (12 min drive). Winter Park Lodging Company was the most courteous and thoughtful property management I've worked with. Easy for recommendations for ski rentals, transportation, directions, and always available. I highly recommend this property and this company.

Everything was great. We especially enjoyed the furniture, artwork, and views. We had a small maintenance issue, but the rental company took care of us right away. We usually stay at the base, but we were happy we tried something different.
