Our expectations were exceeded!! Beautiful home, great location, stunning views, we had EVERYTHING we needed for a family Spring Break Skiing Adventure!!! Highly recommend this property and especially the wonderful local support team!! We will be back!!!

Greatest Ski Trip location ever! Extremely well stocked kitchen with everything necessary to feed a hungry crew. Plenty of room- Fabulous Hot tub for Apres Ski and, most importantly, very short walk to shuttle pick up! You had us the second we saw the Moose head! Highly recommend this location for a Fantastic Trip!

I'm comfortable saying this was the best vacation rental I've ever had. This relatively new home is well designed, decorated, maintained, and cleaned. The entire home is well-stocked with everything one might need. Shuttle bus stops about 100 yards uphill from the property, but we found the shuttle service (provided by the town) to be a bit slow and unpredictable. Still better than dealing with parking, though.

Awesome place to stay in - we loved the views! The place was super clean by far one of the best places we have stayed at - well stocked! Only thing we where not prepared for was the elevation! It is over 10k feet I never thought to research how it would affect us. My wife had elevation sickness for over 24 hours.We have stayed at places that where 7-8k in elevation and never had problems I guess the extra 2k does make a difference. Headaches, dizziness and it is hard to breathe indoors- at least for us. I wish there was a warning about that or if there was I missed it. Overall loved the place and staff was super friendly and helpful.outdoor Fireplace instructions where not super clear as there is a valve on side of house that you have to open in order for it to work, bit frustrating but figured it out.

We are so sorry to hear that the elevation affected you and your family. Some people are more affected than others and like to acclimate for a day in Denver before coming up to Winter Park. It's also a good idea to drink a lot of water before your stay and avoid alcoholic beverages the first day or two of your vacation. Staying hydrated really helps! We also have properties in Steamboat and it is at 7,000 feet. You can use your return guest discount there next time. Thanks again for choosing us.

We loved our stay at Lakota Trailside 609. The decor in this home really made it unique and beautiful. The kitchen is stunning and was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The views of the ski resort are unmatched, and are even better when you’re sitting in your own private hot tub. Gathering around the outdoor fire pit was our favorite nightly occurrence. Margaret with Winter Park Lodging Company gave us great recommendations on the best trails to hike during the summer months, and they did not disappoint. Lovely home, lovely staff, and a very lovely stay overall. We’ll be back!

Three families (6 adults, 4 children) stayed at Lakota Trailside 609 the week between Christmas and New Years and we absolutely loved it! The unit is very large - the extra living area and bunk room were perfect for the kids. The kitchen was well-appointed and stocked with staples like sugar and salt. the house is perfectly decorated but not overly decorated. The bedrooms are huge and all bedrooms have an attached bath. The whole home was meticulously cleaned before our arrival. We would stay here again!

This is our third time traveling to Winter Park and staying at a property managed by Winter Park Lodging Company. The house was in top shape with all the amenities we needed. Best part is the view of the slopes, especially at night when the runs are getting groomed. Thank you and we will be back next year. Highly recommend!

Stop looking, this is THE house! Wonderful location nestled on the hillside of Winter Park. Easy ride on the bus to the slopes - faster than parking and walking! This house is new, clean, organized, and comfortable. Awesomely laid out for kids to enjoy the downstairs area and adults to congregate upstairs. Kitchen is well equipped. We highly recommend and can't wait to return!

Once again this year we had a wonderful time. We celebrated my 70th birthday, had great weather and snow. I've skied WP/MJ for 44 years and we raised our kids skiing on this mountain and enjoying the WP area. Everyone enjoyed this beautiful home again, we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you. Gary

This house is the perfect ski rental. It fit our 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids) with plenty of space for everyone. The owners have decorated the place very nicely and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Seriously one of the best stocked rental houses we have ever stayed at. You can tell how much thought the owners have put into everything. Plus, the views from the family room are beautiful to enjoy every morning. You will never regret booking this home for your upcoming stay. We can not wait to return ourselves!

Wonderful home. Great location, great view, very well stocked, beautiful furniture, comfortable beds. Not a bad thing to say about this home. Would recommend to anyone and I am very picky about my rentals. Would absolutely stay here again.

We’ve stayed with Winter Park Lodging Company several times and they have always been accommodating and on point when needed. This stay was one of my favorites. This house was absolutely beautiful, cozy, perfect set up, and the views were breathtaking! We will continue to come back! Thank you for a memorable stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Not only were the accommodations beautiful, the views and proximity to the base area of Winter Park made the trip a breeze.

Trailside 609 was absolutely perfect. We had three couples stay in the home. Everyone had their own space as well as plenty of common areas to hang out in. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the essential cookware and the views were incredible! Everyone at Winter Park Lodging Company was extremely professional and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Lakota Trailside 609 for 5 days and skied at Winter Park in mid-January. We had 3 families and the place was great! Super convenient to Winter Park ski resort. The place had everything we could have asked for: fully stocked kitchen, games, technology, heated garage, etc. We will definitely come back!

Wow! Spectacular accommodations and location! The duplex is beautifully appointed and perfect for a romantic get-away and/ or family vacation. My wife and I had an awesome time. The entire place is great-brand new, incredible view of the ski runs, wonderful out door hot tub, kitchen ideal for fun and cooking, wonderfully decorated, heated garage and comfy beds. It’s quick and easy to get to the slopes or to Winter Park. The management company is superb. Sarah is the best. Great place for a great time. We had an ideal time!

This place is fabulous! Mountain modern and roomy. Loved rocking in the rockers outside and soaked up some vit D! The fellas caught the football game downstairs...and fell asleep! Great place...hope to come back for boarding! Thank you Winter Park Lodging Company.
