Zephyr Mountain Lodge

Zephyr Mountain Lodge is located 50 yards from the Gondola in the Village at Winter Park Resort. One, two, and three bedroom condos are available. All include a full kitchen, comfortable living room, WiFi and shared access to hot tubs, fitness room and private underground parking (additional fee). All of our Zephyr Mountain Lodge condo rentals are fully updated with high-end furnishings and amenities.

Base Village Lofts

Located above the shops and restaurants in the heart of the Village At Winter Park Resort, the Base Village Lofts (also known as the Parry Peak Lofts) are the most spacious accommodations at the main Winter Park Resort base area. A wonderful option for families and smaller groups, these luxury lofts are located just 150 yards from the Gondola, Village rental shops and Private Lesson Center. All of the Base Village Lofts feature spacious floor plans with urban-style luxury interiors, gourmet kitchens, a private one car garage, plus free access to the nearby Zephyr Mountain Lodge hot tubs (75 yard walk).

Chill Condos

One of Winter Park's newest developments, Chill, is comprised of luxury modern condos at the base of Jane Creek. The condos feature high end amenities including a lap pool, hot tubs, ski lockers, heated walking trail to the slopes, and high-end decor & appliances in the condo. Chill guests have foot access to the ski slopes via a 150 yard walk to the Corridor Trail on a heated sidewalk or can alternatively take the free shuttle to the Village at Winter Park Resort, just a 1/4 mile away.
