Balsh Hideaway is a custom three bedroom home in Fraser that welcomes guests with a stylish layout split over two levels in an excellent location. Upon entering Balsh Hideaway, your heart will be warmed from the ground up by the professional decor, hotel-style luxury linens, and radiant in-floor heating. Under an open floor plan, the living room is set up surrounding a 65" flat-screen TV and gas stone fireplace. Two sofas and a lounge chair invite you to relax after a day of play while enjoying your favorite movie.

Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen and dining table that seats up to seven. The fully loaded kitchen greets you with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a gas stove and dual oven. This kitchen is perfect for preparing any meal, from a quick breakfast to a holiday feast. If flame broiled is your fancy, step out onto the deck, take in the views of the surrounding mountains, and fire up the gas grill. When dinner is finished, polish off a great day in Winter Park by slipping into the seven-person hot tub under the covered portion of the deck.

When it's time to rest easy, choose from one of three bedrooms. The Primary King Suite is outfitted with hotel-style luxury linens, 42" flat screen TV with cable and Roku, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sink and walk-in shower. Head downstairs and find the King bedroom, with large King bed, 42" flat screen with Roku, and a shared full bathroom. The bunk room is perfect for the kiddos with two Twin/Twin bunks, one with trundle bed, and bean bag chairs. This home is perfectly built for families to spread out and come together after a fun day on the slopes and trails of Winter Park.

Sleeping Arrangements: King Primary Suite on upper level, King bedroom on lower level, Twin/Twin bunks + Twin trundle in the bunk room. Sleeps up to ten guests.

  • This is a quiet neighborhood, so if you are looking for a mountain home to party in, this gorgeous mountain home is not for you. Quiet hours begin at 8pm daily. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round

Parking: There is room for one car in the heated garage, & one in the driveway.

Location: The Balsh neighborhood in the town of Fraser. One mile to Fraser town center, two miles to downtown Winter Park, and four miles to Winter Park Resort. On free city bus route.
