We absolutely loved staying in this apartment so close to the slopes. The kitchen had everything we needed for the days when we wanted to cook or eat in. We were concerned about being on the second floor so close to the shops but heard nothing at night with our windows and balcony door closed. Our kids loved having a great view of the mountains. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was excellent. The place was clean and cozy. The bed was one of the most comfortable spaces in the condo. Never underestimate the benefit of a comfortable bed after a long day on the mountain!

Location is ideal. Proximity to the Gondola, being on the 2nd floor allows you skip the elevators most of the time. Tub/Shower needs a grab bar(s). Broken microwave should be fixed. Practically a stock item at Home Depot.

Took my 15 year old son to ski out west for the first time as a pre-Christmas gift! We had an amazing time at Winter Park. Zephyr Mountain Lodge was the perfect location. Our unit had plenty of room for the two of us with great views of the village area and slopes. Plus a short walk to the Gondola. Ski lockers on the ground floor were a nice bonus too. Unit was clean and well stocked with essentials and comfy beds including the king pullout. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

We loved Zephyr 2215! The location is perfect—second floor and close to elevator. The view of the village and slopes were great. The balcony would be a great place in the summer. It was a quick walk to the gondola. You can hear the music and noise from the village but that didn’t bother us. We stayed in Zephyr many times and this is one of our favorite condos. We also love Winter Park Lodging Company.

Went out on a quick trip to celebrate sons 25th birthday and needed something right in village will easy access to everything. Zephyr was the perfect place as it was great location to gondola for fastest access to slopes and great for quick break for lunch. Great to people watch and watch activity on slopes which included youth ski races. Great way to relax and acclimate coming from 550’ above sea level. Great access to 4 hot tubs which are large and very hot and have great pressure. Great access to village amenities including restaurants of all kinds including bars and places to get food to take back and cook. Great access to mountaintop ski apres which was fantastic!  Access to keys and parking garage was seamless and the staff kept us informed and welcomed at all times. Been out to Colorado for 49 years and this was best experience we ever had!!!

Exactly as described in listing. Very nice condo at the base village. We enjoyed the ski lockers and the 1 minute walk to the gondola. Very well equipped and updated kitchen, comfortable bed and furniture, and great views of the mountain from living room, bedroom and balcony. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks.

Stayed at Zephyr through Winter Park Lodging and had everything we needed. Place was very clean and beds, sheets, towels were all excellent. They were very easy to communicate with and very friendly.

We had a enjoyable time here. The skiing was terrific and we loved the view and hanging out on the deck area. The hot tub was prefect after skiing....felt great! Hope to come back again....thank you! Check in was very easy and responses prompt.

My daughter and I stayed at Zephyr Mountain Lodge 2215 this fall for a quick weekend getaway to do some leaf peeping. This condo was very well decorated and was exactly as pictured on the website. There were plenty of shops and different restaurants right outside the door that we were able to wander through and eat at. This is our second time booking with Winter Park Lodging Company, and will always book with them in the future. The staff is very professional and they always had a live person to talk to if you had any issues or needed assistance!

Winter Park Lodging Co was great to deal with. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. No problems at all. The condo was clean and very nice. Had a great time in Winter Park. We are return customers and will use Winter Park Lodging Company again.

Great MGMT company, very professional and available if needed. Closest ski in/out in Colorado ( that I know of ) and reasonable rates. Great accommodations and conveniences. Literally Turnkey for all!

I'm a multiple time repeat customer of Winter Park Lodging Company. They are a locally owned firm that is a pleasure to do business with, every time.  I've stayed all over the WP base in one and two bedroom units they manage - Zephyr/Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe.  Every unit has been exactly as pictured on their website, adequately supplied, and very-very-very clean!  This particular one bedroom unit is what I've come to expect in the Zephyr Riverside building.  It's small but the location literally cant get better - steps from Gondola/Starbucks/Goodys/Pizza.  You can cook or eat every meal out.  While the unit is small, it was big enough for a 5 day father-daughter trip with 13 year old.

Super convenient access to slopes, comfortable bed and pullout sofa for sleeping.  It was well maintained and everything we needed was in the kitchen for cooking.

We loved our stay at the Zephyr 2215. The WP Lodging Company was amazing and took care of everything. We just had to grocery shop and ski! Now we are spoiled! It was so enjoyable to watch the park come alive each morning and slowly calm down each evening. Thank you!

terrific condo. Great appliances in kitchen. Could have used some guidance with the TVs. Can't beat the location. Loved the indoor parking, especially during the big storm.

Manager Comment: Give us a call anytime you have questions about the property, like with the Tvs. Sometimes they are mistakenly set to the wrong input. We can get those back on track for you.

Winter Park Lodging Company went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They quickly answered all our questions and checked on us! The condo was in the perfect location. The view of the gondola was wonderful and it was very easy to get to the lockers and lift. We did not experience any elevator problems like some had mentioned in earlier reviews. The king size sofa bed was amazing! It was by far the best sofa bed I've ever seen. It has a very thick memory foam mattress. Having to go down the hall for laundry was not great. There were times when I had to wait on a washer and dryer even after checking other floors. The bedroom is also really dark and could use more lighting. We had wonderful snow while visiting and the ski area was fantastic!

MANAGER COMMENT: That sofa bed memory foam mattress is amazing! Glad you slept well. We will try to "light up" the bedroom before your next visit. Come back again soon.

My Son and I really enjoyed our stay at the Zephyr Mountain Lodge 2215. The view was exceptional and the fact that it was so close to the lifts, made it easy to come back and take breaks. Definitely will do it again.

View and Convenience is ideal IMO. Looks right out to the gondola and over the center of the village.  It is close to the elevator but not across and being on the 2nd floor allows you to use the stairs when not in ski boots. This is nice as there are only two elevators for 8 floors. Having a private ski locker is also a big plus. The full size kitchen appliances are very useful and lastly the unit was very clean. There were only 2 of us so space was fine but this unit would be very tight with people sleeping on the couch unless they were smaller kids.

Came for our 45th wedding anniversary. Condo was perfect for a few old folks. Dealing with Winter Park Lodging company was a wonderful experience. We had many questions prior to our stay and during our stay and they were so very helpful any time we needed anything. Thanks for helping us celebrate!

2215 is a great condo that has had substantial updating in the kitchen, bathroom and carpet. Great view of the main area and close to stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and ski shops. Both T.V.'s kept experiencing a few second freeze-up, but after a call, should be fixed. Although appearing fairly new, the fridge is a little loud during some of its cycles; this has been experienced in other Zypher Condos over the last few years. Winter Park Lodging Company is a great company to deal with. They check on you before you go, when you get in, and after you check out. I would highly recommend that you book through them. All in all, this was a great little get-away and a fantastic condo to stay in.

It was so nice to be able to look out the window or off the balcony to and see the slopes. Was very quiet and nicely decorated. The storage locker for our snowboards was a nice addition and the convenience of being able to walk down stairs and out to the lifts made our stay even better. The only thing that keeps me from giving an excellent review was the elevator seemed to stop at every floor when going up and down and it was extremely slow with long wait times. Time for an upgrade:)

MANAGER COMMENTS:  Well good.  So sorry the elevators did not hold up their end of the bargain!  Not super handy when the building is 7 stories high.  They will get working on getting those running at their proper state.

We have been return customers to Winter Park thru Winter Park Lodging Company (WPLC)for over ten years. Why? Because of their outstanding service: never a problem with reservations, never a problem with check-in and never a problem with the room. During our visits, if any problem came up, a simple call to WPLC and the issue would be resolved. The owners, Sarah and Chris have a remarkable track-record and have surrounded themselves with professional, talented and dedicated employees; always willing to serve to make their guests' visit as enjoyable as possible. We will be back!

Excellent location on 2nd floor near elevators. Makes it very convenient to access, including parking, ski locker, village and Zephyr lift. Winter Park Lodging Company (WPLC) is always quality, responsive and helpful in all needs. The 2215 unit is well appointed to meet needs for a short or long stay. Of course, food and personal needs are responsibility of renters. The unit has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 pullout bed and is overall seemed smaller in size than some units, but was perfect for this husband and wife. This was our 4th visit to Winter Park for skiing in last 7 years and each has been very enjoyable. We plan to return and continue to use WPLC to facilitate our visit.

We cannot say anything bad about our experience or our stay! This was our 5th time to WP - this time we came to celebrate my husbands 30th birthday and Zephyr Mtn. Lodge was the perfect location. The condo was cozy, quiet, clean and exactly what we were expecting after reading the reviews. Working with the staff prior to our arrival, to them calling to make sure we were able to check in ok, they were super friendly, helpful and accommodating - we highly recommend booking your next trip to WP with them. We will be back again soon!

The only suggestion I would have would be to provide a humidifier in the condo. I have stayed at other facilities where a humidifier was available it can help adjusting to the altitude much easier.

We loved 2215. This was our first snow trip, so we were unfamiliar with the ins and outs of renting equipment, ski school, etc. We felt like we had a perfect view to see how the process worked, and to view xmas decorations. Being close to the elevator was a big advantage due to our kids/gear. Everything in the condo was either updated or in good working order. Having a full kitchen also helped us save a little $. We took advantage of the crockpot and microwave for a few meals. Only improvement would be lack of storage for clothes. With 2 kids and suitcases, there wasn't a really natural place for our stuff as the closet was pretty full of items that belonged to the condo. That was just a minor bother. We would definitely stay again.

We have been loyal guests of Winter Park Lodging Company for years now and will not go with any other company. We can's say enough about their level of service and helpfulness in trip planning. Thi si s our first stay at 2215 and it served our needs perfectly. Very clean, well maintained and right by the slopes.
