Sawmill Station 214

A bit tight for the 7 of us but we knew there were only 2 full baths so we were prepared. Location was very convenient and we could walk to everything needed in town. We love the incredibly clean hot tub! They even checked on it during our stay which my wife loved. We may go bigger next visit but this worked out well for a last minute stay to ski at Winter Park. Hosts were excellent and very organized. Thank you!

A nice little spot right in downtown very close to everything. Clean hot tub that was checked in on during our stay! We made a last min reservation so the management company was very helpful and organized. We hope to return for skiing and love the return guest discount part! Thank you all.

Location was great for our ski trip. Walking distance to pretty much anything in town and the bus stops. We got in earlier then our check in time and they allowed us to leave our luggage at their offices while we explored the town. The rental was clean and communication was quick. I would definitely stay again!

Right from the beginning I could tell I picked the right company. I received the help I needed in selecting the exact unit for our needs. The property was very convenient to the mountain and right in the heart of town, convenient to shopping and dining. Upon arrival, they allowed us early access (may not be possible all the time). We did have just one little issue which was handled promptly and professionally. David and Jill followed up a few times to make sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction. Great team. I highly recommend them.

We came to stay for a fall mountain/hiking trip. The location was ideal within walking distance to everything in town yet the multitude of trailheads we wanted to hike/explore were all within a 15 min drive! We would love to come back. Thank you!

We needed a last minute rental, WPLC had the best rates and service for a well appointed property. Our kids loved their bedding, the toys and we even played a game with adults & kids that was so much fun. Brand new hot tub, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen made shopping for the week a breeze. We had a great time in the perfect condo for our family of 5. The kids were crying to leave and begging us to stay in the same spot when we return. Thank you so much for a great place to have our vacation!!

This was the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed in. We appreciated so much that you supplied us with lunch baggies and tupperware that we were able to pack our lunches in, the fan that we used for white noise, the gas grill, and endless supply of nice cookware. Everything in the house is marked with clear explanation! The hot tub was a highlight of our trip. The management company was top notch with their communication! So many positives we will be back and don't want to stay anywhere else! I hope the town of Winter Park never gets rid of the overnight parking in Cooper Square as it is so important if you have a 3rd car.

Sawmill Station 214 had everything we needed and more. Our family (7 total) enjoyed the hot tub, the fully furnished kitchen, and the game and movie closet. The bath and hot tub towels were in generous supply as well. Was very impressed with the responsiveness when we reported the hot tub wasn't working - we had a hot tub team member on site within 20 minutes time. All in all we highly recommend both the unit and the management team behind it!

The place is clean, wonderful location, close to an awesome park and skate park for the kids, close to good food, beds were comfortable. Very nice place.

We had more than enough room. The kitchen and outdoor space allowed us to invite our friends for dinner. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was great for hiking trails and other in town activities. Loved our stay!

We could not have asked for anything more! The condo was sparkling clean, very well appointed and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The kitchen and grill were great for cooking meals, and we were within walking distance to several great restaurants when we didn’t feel like cooking. We came for mountain biking and that’s exactly what we did—miles and miles of single track trails were just around the corner! Winter Park is a very friendly town full of kind and helpful people, and Winter Park Lodging Company was no exception—communication was great from the time of booking through the end of our stay. Would 100% recommend, and if we get the opportunity to come back, we will definitely want to stay here again!

MANAGER COMMENT: It's good to know that even in a pandemic the locals are friendly. Nothing keeps us down. Glad you could enjoy the 600+ miles of biking trails...best in the world, well, we think so anyway.

The condo was roomy, comfortable, and clean, with a great layout. It had everything we needed, and the best equipped kitchen we've had in a ski condo. The built-in garage made unloading and loading our luggage very easy, and there was a great space for taking off ski gear in the foyer. The property managers were super-responsive. I look forward to staying there again!

We had a wonderful time in the townhouse. It had everything we needed. Having the two bunk beds was fun for the kids. I would have rated this excellent if not for the fact that the hot tub wasn't ready for use on our first night. I understand that it is cleaned and drained between guests. However, it is the main reason we chose this property. We didn't need the 3rd bedroom but paid extra because of the hot tub and we only got to use it one night. We had a great time in Winter Park.

MANAGER COMMENTS:  Got it.  Thanks for that feedback Tracy.  We do have to keep things clean and sanitary for each guest.  We'll work on prioritizing properties so that we can be sure tubs are nice and hot when they arrive.

I don't where to start except by simply saying our stay was outstanding! Prior to arrival we received a few communications to let us know how to access, what to expect, and directions on how to locate our lodging. Once we arrived the facility looked exactly like the pictures but even better in person so the kids were very excited and happy to stay in their bunkbeds and explore. We purchased groceries before we arrived so we could enjoy the atmosphere and environment but what was amazing was that in addition to having everything we need... this facility had more than we expected. There were boardgames, books, movies, a playpens, gate for stairs, fans, and surprisingly they were even stocked with various seasonings and spices. The stay was excellent and we also used the outdoor grill one of the days. Along with a great place to stay, there was a small sledding hill across the street that the little ones played on into the night because they offered free sleds. Again, I can't say how much we enjoyed our stay. The comforts of home away from home... we will definitely plan to use this location again in the future. Awesome!

We just stayed at this lovely property and were wow'd with the new decor. Winter Park Lodging Company let us know that it just got a makeover and they weren't kidding. All new everything which makes it a perfect place to stay in downtown Winter Park. We could walk to the park and grab a coffee from Volarios across the street. Don't pass this place up, it's awesome!

This was our first visit to Winter Park and we definitely hope to return. The property was awesome. It was spotlessly clean and fully stocked with everything you would ever need, even down to a closet of board games! Great location, close to everything. The garage was a big plus with the heavy snow we had while we were there. Winter Park Lodging Company called to check on us upon check in and made sure everything was ok. Great communication, very impressed. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We had such a great time staying here! It is extremely comfortable near great restaurants and so easy to get to the mountain!! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This condo is great for all seasons in Winter Park. It is centrally located withing walking distance to all downtown restaurants. The kitchen is amazingly furnished with all the tools you need for adventurous or everyday cooking. The support staff is very attentive, and the condo is in fantastic shape!

Winter Park Lodging Company staff were incredibly helpful during our stay. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we had no issues with any of the amenities.

This was my second time staying at Sawmill Station. I love the property and its location. The overall experience was great. However, when we arrived, the gas log fireplace was on and the main floor of the condo was 98 degrees. It took quite a while for the space to cool down. The rest of the stay was good. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well furnished for a rental.

MANAGER COMMENTS:  Oh my!  So sorry that the fireplace was left on.  That is not how our inspections of the property usually go.  That is a very warm welcome!  Please do call us if something is ever not right.  We will gladly bring supplies to help out.  We hope your next stay is much more uneventful.

We all enjoyed it...grandparents too! Great new large sofa. Our teens enjoyed sprawling out. So great to keep them downstairs too! Hope to be back.

Perfect summer location! We were able to walk to the events at Hideaway Park and the restaurants/shops in downtown Winter Park. Added bonus, a pack n play was provided!
