A terrific and spacious townhome really. Loved the fireplace in the King suite. Having a private hot tub was fantastic! Bathrooms were all new/updated and it was very clean and comfortable for us. A great value and we will be back!

The condo is beautifully situated in lodgepole pine trees and peaceful. Very clean. Well supplied with towels for the hot tub, spices, oils and every imaginable kitchen appliance. We called customer service because the microwave wasn't working and discovered that it had been unplugged, however they answered the phone promptly and were willing to help. No A/C but it cools off at night, so we were very comfortable in late July.

Lodging at Ponderosa Pines was nice a little home away from home. It was spacious and comfortable. The lodge was well stocked especially the kitchen. The decor was nice. It was a quiet space with spaces that we could retreat without the feeling of being excluded. All the neighbors we met were really nice. Parking was a bit trying since there was only one parking space and once another guest parked in the space next to Unit #9, it was hard to get into the Unit #9 space. My guest and I are all of age, so climbing into the bunk bed was not fun. For this reason, I would not rent at this location again if I had the same number of guests staying with me. I did notice there was a tear in one of the bar stools and there was also one of the staircase rod iron post was not secure to the riser.

Family ski trip to Winter Park, great location and customer service. Our Townhome was spacious, clean and even came with a welcome gift. Thank you for being a part of a great family experience, looking forward to checking out your Steamboat locations.

Just the right spot! We had a wee trip to the mountains and found this. Just the right bedding for our needs and all the options we wanted. Enjoyed a very clean hot tub after excursions out and about. Top notch service from the folks!  Hope to return again soon.....

We had a wonderful time at Ponderosa unit # 9 it was a corner unit.  The views were incredible. The rooms downstairs were all super clean and every room had a beautiful snow view. Cooking upstairs in the kitchen or outside on the grill made our family time perfect; building memories for our grown kids to have for a lifetime. The home was stock up with everything you need.  It was so nice coming home to relax in the spa after a day of skiing. Thank you Winter Park Lodging Company for our son's gift and making his day special!  We will be returning in the future.

Beautiful setting in the pines. We love to cook and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Comfy beds, great outdoor space, highly recommend.

Loved the amazing views from this end unit! Kitchen was very well stocked allowing us prepare great meals and eat in. Location allowed access to great hiking trails/tennis court and shops/restaurants in town.

Ponderosa Pines was beautiful, clean, well equipped. Service from Winter Park Lodging Company was exceptional. Every request was granted with a smile. I even got off at the wrong bus stop with a 4 year old and got lost. I called the office and they found me on a map and directed me back to the condo!!! Will certainly always use Winter Park Lodging Company when booking a Winter Park vacation. We love Winter Park and have been several times but Winter Park Lodging Company made this stay better then the rest.

It was a very pleasant spot for our families end of summer get away. Loved the very clean private hot tub and the layout which worked well for my family of 7 folks. We had a great time!

I love this condo! It turns out I had stayed in another place in this complex before and this one is so much better. I just love the decor and the twin over queen bunk was perfect for our family. Loved having the fireplace in the master bedroom....was a great way to drift off to sleep each night. We will be back and thanks for providing such a lovely rental to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Ponderosa Pines in Winter Park. The unit was tastefully furnished and the office staff more than accomodating when I got lost. You won't go wrong with this unit. Joseph Mason

I have to speak to the staff first as I am so very impressed. This was a last minute booking that they made incredibly easy. They took it upon themselves to see if the rental would be available early can called to tell me it was if we wanted and early check in.. We had a minor issue that was not in anyone's control, yet the staff brought us a bottle of wine and card just because we had to call. They are very attentive and thoughtful. The condo itself was in immaculate condition. We felt so at home there that I think I took three naps one day. The beds are super comfy. The fireplace in the master bedroom is next to the door that leads to the hot tub which was sooo nice to keep warm after making the chilly dash back inside. We saw two deer from the hot tub, and two moose from the deck. How cool! We stay in places like this several times a year and this was definitely one of my favorites. I usually don't give many reviews unless I am this happy with it. Nicely done!

Eight adults and a 3-year-old! Ponderosa Pines had the PERFECT unit for us. Spacious and comfortable, lots of windows giving us endless views of the snow-covered nature outside PLUS a private hottub. Perfect! Questions? So glad we booked through Winter Park Lodging. This year's shuttle bus schedule was very unpredictable.Winter Park Lodging Company had the answers for us. Their response to any question was quick, professional and friendly. We come to WP every year for 26 years now. Winter Park Lodging Company will hear from us again. Many thanks to Winter Park Lodging Company for a great visit to WP!

I had a great time and really enjoyed my stay in this cabin. Beautiful view of the mountains and tons of snow to play in. It was also very close to a lot of snow activities.

We had a group of 9 and it was easy to cook for everyone in the well stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed and enjoyed every minute. We've stayed with Winter Park Lodging Company a few times now and will be back again next year.
