Plush sofas invite you to toast your toes by the fireplace while you watch the wildlife outside. Enjoy the views from the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for the chef in your group. The kitchen boasts granite counters, high-end appliances, and all the amenities. Indulge in relaxation as heat pours from the sizable central gas fireplace into the lounge. Read local literature or catch up on your most-liked programs displayed from the large flat screen TV. Adjacent to the living area is a round mahogany dining table that seats eight with convenient French door access to the private deck. Here you'll find a propane grill, outdoor dining set, and private hot tub engulfed in forest views with a privacy fence making it an ideal hangout in the spring, summer, and autumn. 

Ready to rest easy? Head downstairs to one of the three bedrooms. There is a King Primary Suite with ensuite bathroom. A Queen bedroom and a bunk room with a shared bathroom with hallway access. All three feature large flat screen TV's and plush bedding. Ponderosa Pines is your perfect mountain getaway. Enjoy the private underground heated garage, elevator to your front door, on the free shuttle route, and close proximity to everything. This townhome has it all for your group to spread out but still come together in the open living spaces.

Sleeping Arrangements: King Primary Suite, Queen bedroom, Twin/Queen XL bunk with an additional Twin trundle in the bunk room Plus, a Queen size self-inflating EZ Bed. Sleeps up to 10 guests.

Parking: There is room for one car in the heated garage in spot #9 only. This home has a steep driveway and/or access roads that require 4WD in the winter months.
