Was a nice spot to enjoy the mountains. Our adult children especially appreciated the queen/queen bunk beds. Ping pong was loads of fun for all as well. Easy on/off for biking Trestle. An ideal location to enjoy the activities of Winter Park Resort too.  Host were easy to contact and had lots of info provided prior to arrival.

The house was spacious and comfortable for our 2 families. ( 4 adults and 7 teenagers ) Very nice to have a heated garage to store our skis. We used the hot tub, the BBQ and the entire kitchen and the laundry machines and everything is in perfect working order. ( maybe consider getting a garlic press and a few more cutting boards ) The ski out is convenient albeit a bit of a hike especially for the first day or 2 while trying to get acclimated to the change in altitude… but there is a handy shuttle that takes you in to the village if you prefer. The staff at Winter Park Lodging Company were accessible for questions and always friendly. We would definitely come again!

The condo we stayed in was beyond amazing! It was clean, comfortable, quiet and had everything we could ever need or want for our stay. The staff was friendly and so helpful. The customer service is outstanding. We left our car keys behind and they quickly got them shipped to us. Thank you! 10/10 recommend

We stayed at basecamp for a week with our large family. It was so comfortable and spacious and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The location could not be any better with a short walk to the hill. We would definitely come back again!

Base Camp 476 met our needs. Several of the family made use of the hot tub relaxing after skiing. We requested several extras and the management company promptly provided them. The lower level was the only negative because it was so very cold. Because of the open floor plan the entire family was able to interact and enjoy our time together.

We stayed around this location before. I loved the reading nooks in the Master bedrooms here. Kids adored the foosball table downstairs and their oversized bunks. Everyone enjoyed the well-cared for hot tub. Very nice! Thank you very much for opening your home.

Base Camp 476 was a great stay with amazing views on the top of the slopes. House is modernized to fit every guest. Jacuzzi hot tub was lovely and relaxing. This vacation definitely was giving of new vitality and inspiration.

We had 9 guests stay here for a 5 day ski trip and this place was perfect!  Fully equipped with all of our stay needs, very quick assistance if needed, and beautiful views throughout!  We cooked all of our meals in the home and had everything we needed. They even had puzzles, games and ping pong on site to make the stay fun!  The only downside was the walk up the hill to get to the slopes but if you are used to the altitude (we are from Houston) then it should be a breeze. Looking forward to our next stay!

This home is amazing! We had a family ski vacation with a group of 10 and we had plenty of room. Sleeping arrangements were great... very comfortable beds, plenty of pillows and blankets. The were so many details and amenities about this house that made it perfect. The humidifiers were a fabulous surprise and helped so much with our dry skin and sinuses! The fully stocked kitchen had every pot, pan, utensil you could need. The dish soap and dishwasher detergent was so appreciated! I just can’t say enough good things about it. The kids had so much fun playing foosball too. Your house is beautiful, comfortable, and felt like home away from home. Thank you for having us... it made our vacation perfect!

Location was perfect for those wanting to ski and those not wanting to ski. Close to everything. House couldn’t have been more comfortable or better for our group of 8. Private hot tub and balconies were great and you couldn’t beat the location.

I organized a work trip for my team and stayed at Base Camp. The accommodations were beautiful and close to Winter Park resort. The place was clean and new, with many levels so we weren't all on top of each other. We downloaded an app, which had all the information we needed too. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed in Base Camp 476 unit for a week. The house was amazingly well equipped and provided us with a perfect home base for 7 adults and 2 babies with a room to spare (having 2 baby gates and some other baby equipment available was very helpful). A huge kitchen with lots of dishes, utensils and extras made our meal preparations easy and fun. The lodging company was very accommodating as well - we were able to check in earlier than expected, and they let us have packages sent to the office prior to our arrival and had those waiting for us at the house, which was very helpful.

Elegant and roomy 4 BR property was exactly as advertised and very well stocked with necessities like soaps, TP, kitchen needs and even starter coffee packs. Rental agent was in touch several times to ensure satisfaction and responded to a late week question promptly. Slope access is very easy - with private, short walk through path in woods to access staircase to slopes. Comfortable beds and tons of fireplaces. Wonderful.

We thought the house was terrific and had everything we needed, except some food storage containers (tupperware, etc for leftovers) and a larger baking sheet (bacon for the masses). The rental agency staff and app were super helpful and useful. Thanks!

This was our 3rd stay at Base Camp 476 and we enjoyed it just as much as our prior stays. The condo is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a weeklong family stay. The kids were excited about the new additions of the foosball table and ping pong table. Looking forward to coming back next year.

We stayed in Base Camp 476 last week. It was a wonderful trip for our 2 kids and their families. The house was just beautiful with lots of space and well outfitted with kitchen utensils, fireplaces, bathrooms, etc. Be prepared thiugh for the altitude and going up and down the 4 levels in the condo. All but one of us acclimated pretty well in one day. There was some construction down the hill from our condo but wasn't a problem except for parking of our 3rd car - but it was nearby. We were so close to the Winter Park Village with a short drive or easy walk down the hill. So many activities for the entire family and just beauutiful. We hiked on the trails behind the condo and explored the beautiful creek. After a hike on our last full day, we were back relaxing and a brown bear came down the path we had taken and into the culdesac. We all ran to the front balcony - it lioked at us and turned and went back up the path! So exciting but there really are bears and wildlife around!! Great facility and beautiful surroundings. We plan on coming back in the winter.

The moose are more social, so we see them a lot, but bears hardly ever.  Thanks for sending the photo! He was a big one.

We have stayed many places in Winter Park over the years. Usually we stay at hotels. This year we had less family members traveling with us so the four bedroom worked out great. It is really nice to be able to share a kitchen and the large living area was really nice. The home is well organized and is top quality throughout. We will definitely request this home again in the future.

Well kept and up to date town home. Far enough away from resort for privacy yet close enough to walk. Plenty of space for everyone. Large well equipped kitchen. Large enough garage to accommodate Crew cab f150 with plenty of space left to get around vehicle. Only suggestion I would have is for the amount you pay to stay in this place you should be provided at least one parking pass for the guest parking in front of town homes. We had other family members staying in winter park that would come over to hang out in the evening and the only allowable parking is way down the hill.

MANAGER'S COMMENTS...Glad to hear it was a great visit. The parking is tight up there and a little inconvenient for overflow. The parking spaces across from the Base Camp properties are actually owned by the Iron Horse, not Base Camp, so not much of a choice.

Base Camp at Jane Creek is a wonderful place to vacation. Perfectly situated in a serene wooded setting just outside of Winter Park Base, it provides ski in/ski out along the corridor trail directly to the base of the Zephyr Lift. If you prefer not to ski in, the shuttle is a very convenient option. As for the accommodations, we were once again pleased (this is our second stay at unit 476!). The furnished kitchen provided everything we needed, including a crock pot. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, and the 5 bathrooms provided extra convenience. We are a large family, so the 2 living areas provided separate areas to watch movies, play games, etc. comfortably. The garage and storage area were perfect for taking off ski gear at the end of the day without tracking snow into the house. We didn't use the grill, but the hot tub was extremely nice and clean after a long day of skiing! All in all, we loved our stay, and we hope to return again in the future! The only recommendations for improvement would be to furnish the unit with a broom. We looked everywhere for one, but couldn't find it. :) Manager Comments: Absolutely. We will make sure the broom makes it way back into the property. Thanks for letting us know!

3 families totaling 6 adults and 5 boys under 13 stayed for 2 nights in this beautiful home. From the heated garage to the relaxing hot tub, and all the SPACE for everyone to be, this place is a sure winner. It's a quiet home, high-end details, quality everything. Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer!

Beautiful accommodations- blew our expectations out of the water! The kitchen was great for cooking meals for our party of 10 and the kids were entertained in the hot tub all night. We've stayed in Winter Park the past five years and this was by far our favorite place and we'll be back!

I already talked to someone and gave my feedback. For the most part, our family had a wonderful time. Biggest concern was the main fireplace fan was way to loud so we weren't able to use it. Other than that it was a beautiful place! Managers Response: Thank you so much for being a guest of Winter Park Lodging Company, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay. I'm sorry to hear that the fireplace fan seemed loud and have sent one of our technicians out to check on it today. I do hope we can host another stay with you in the future and will take this opportunity to remind you of your 15% return guest discount for any future trips to Winter Park (unless we have an even better deal going on at the time!).
