The condominium we rented was excellent. The Winter Park lodging Company kept in contact with me throughout our visit via text message to try and make our visit more pleasurable. when my wife got sick with Covid over the summer, they allowed us to reschedule dates based on an availability. They also allow us a late check out. I highly recommend Winter Park lodging Company!

Me and my wife just returned from the Labor Day weekend staying in unit 1218 in the Zephyr Mountain Lodge. We were very pleased with the quality and the cleanliness of this condo. The staff was very informative and helpful. The slope side location would be great in the winter time as we stayed for Labor Day weekend we didn’t get to experience the skiing part of it, but it’s very close to the gondola. I’m not even gonna mention the minor details that could be improved but because the whole package was awesome I highly recommend Zephyr Mountain Lodge 1218. Not only excellent but five star we will be returning Winter Park.

Nice clean condo with everything you need for a ski vacation. Close to the hot tub and slopes.

The setting and condo was very welcoming and peaceful. Our only trouble was with the WiFi- I am not a fan of being on an unsecured network and not having access to using the smart TV for streaming but I relayed the issue and it was resolved in about 24 hrs. I really appreciate Nicky and all of her hard work. The summer time is a much slower pace in Winter Park and that is what we were looking for, restaurants and shops aren’t open as late so double check before heading out. All in all it was a great week.

This is our first time to Winter Park. We always rent condos when we ski at Beaver Creek, Vail, Steamboat, Snowmass, Breckenridge and Park City. Parking for one car is always included. This is the only place that has ever charged us extra to park a car. And $20/night was a bit steep for a place like Winter Park. The unit was very clean, easy to get to, and very convenient. It can be called ski in/out, but the ski out means putting on your skis, going four seconds to take them back off to get on the gondola, and the ski in is a very flat run at the base of Mary Jane, so lots of poling is necessary - not much fun. The kitchen has everything needed, nicely appointed, a nice gas fireplace, comfy king sized bed, comfy bedding and thick towels. My only large complaint, other than the un-necessary parking fee, is there is no storage. I am a neat freak and the first thing I do on a vacation is to unpack and put everything neatly away. There is no place to unpack in this unit. We had to live out of our suitcases, which I hate! AND since the lighting is so poor in the bedroom, we had to use our phone flashlights to find anything inside our suitcases. The bedroom does have 4 wall hooks and a suitcase caddy. There is no dresser, and two small closets. Once closet is totally filled with stuff and not usable, the other closet provided 5 hangers, but there is no floor space or shelf space, as these areas are also filled with stuff, including a Christmas tree!

The parking is not handled by our company, but by the property managers at the Zephyr Mountain Lodge. We will definitely pass on this feedback to them. If you decide to come back and stay at the base area, let us know if you don't want to pay any parking fees and we can share with you other options. They won't be as convenient, but they are free. We are glad you found the kitchen well stocked, the King sized bed comfy and enjoyed the gas fireplace. We will make sure to remedy the no storage and poor lighting issues. We hope you'll stay with us again!

Communication prior to our arrival was excellent with resort details and check in info… we were able to check in early and our questions were answered promptly. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and even the blow up mattress was comfortable. Loved being close to the lockers and hot tubs.

Great, renovated condo. Very poor internet, couldn’t even stream a movie. Nice location and extremely well equipped! Fun to stay at the base during the summer!

We had a great trip. Room was nice and we even locked ourselves out and they were there in about 10 minutes to let us in the room! Great service!

Zephyr 1218 was very nicely remodeled. The kitchen was well stocked. The unit was very clean. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet during the night.

Hi there - our stay was great, we loved the condo, great location & amenities. The only downside was that the condo did get a little warm at times and we wish there was more shelving/storage for clothes, there really wasn’t anywhere to store clothes except for the hangers in the closet. But overall great place & would highly recommend!!

Winter Park Lodging Company went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was perfect. The communication was very impressive and made access to our space very easy. The condo we rented was beautiful and spotless! It made for a relaxing trip. I would strongly recommend using this company!

This is an excellent condo for 2 with easy access to the gondola. Condo has everything you need. Made breakfast everyday. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Bed is comfortable. Sofa is great to relax after skiing. Very clean. It was great to just walk over to the ski lockers grab our gear and head out for skiing without the hassle! Customer service was exceptional. Great communication about check in/out. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

First, everyone at Winter Park Lodging Company was great! Exceptional customer service. The remodeled room was great as well, very clean, felt like home not a hotel. Being able to just walk out and get on the lift was very nice. Would we do it again, YES!

The room was perfect for what we needed. It was very nice & newly updated. The Lodge and entire Village itself were great, and we can’t wait to go back. The staff were very friendly. The only complaint I had with the place. There was lots of construction going on through out the resort. Apparently it was behind schedule from what I understood from the staff. You would think by mid December and ski season they would have had that stuff done. It made it a bit troublesome to get around some areas around the slopes. The main reason we stayed Slope side was to be able to have minimal walk to the slopes. The ski rental place in our building was shut down due to construction and we had to go around construction to the opposite site of the resort to get our skis, and to get to the slopes. Now I can see that once construction is complete, it will make the entire resort and experience really nice and updated and probably a lot more convenient. So while it was kind of a pain to deal with this trip, I do look forward to come back in the future, and experiencing everything with the new updates.

This is a far cry from any Zephyr properties I have previously stayed in. Wow!  Very nicely done and the couch is so comfy!  We've found our new spot to come up to when we want to be in Winter Park. Thanks!
