Base loft 109 is the perfect place to stay. Everything you could possibly need was available in the unit plus the location is amazing. You can walk to shops, restaurants and the lifts. Can’t say enough good things about the unit and Winter Park Lodging. We will be back!

Everything about our condo was so awesome. Very clean, easy access to slopes, all the amenities you needed were provided. The staff was always available to answer any questions we had. I would without hesitation, recommend this property and I’m extremely picky about where we stay.

We loved being right at the base. My family of 8 had plenty of space and comfortable bedding for all. We enjoyed family style meals in the full kitchen and had fun skiing some part-days as it was easy to head right in when we got tired to refuel. Even our own garage to keep the car clean and warm. Would highly recommend and hope to come back!

This was a great trip! So fun to be there just before the holidays and so close to it all. Easy check in and out. Great floor plan for our elders but everyone still had good space in their rooms to hang out. Would love to come back!

Loved it! Great garage, easy layout and everything on one level which was great for the grandparents. Just jump downstairs for excellent dining options.....we had a terrific time. We'll be back!

The condo was beautiful and the location, walking distance form the gondola, is perfect. We could not be more satisfied.

Thanks to the entire staff at WPLC! Our family had an unbelievable week in Base Village Loft #109. The loft, the staff and the entire village was incredible as always. This is our 5th year staying at various Base Village Lofts, all through WPLC, and we can't wait for the 6th next year! The staff consistently go above and beyond to make it a fantastic experience (discounts on rentals, help with reservations, packages delivered directly to loft, etc) and the lofts themselves are all individual and incredible! Thanks for everything...and this was the best spring snow ever!

Such an awesome "Western Glam" feel to this property. We all loved it!  It's in the greatest location to access everything at the Resort.....especially Goodies and Back Bowl Soup Co....our new MUST GO spots! Having the garage was such a luxury. We all enjoyed it very much and all the folks at the Lodging Company were so proactive about getting us info we needed and making sure all was well. We'll be back and thank you all so much!

Being from Texas, we absolutely loved the feel of this place! This was our first time to Winter Park, and we really enjoyed the proximity of Base Village Loft 109 to skiing, as well as to restaurants at the base. It was also easy to get into town for other fun things, so all in all we were very happy with this little cozy condo. After we thaw out back home, we will definitely be back!

My family and I usually stay in hotels, but this time we wanted to all stay together. We found this condo online and we were immediately impressed. Three bedrooms, private garage, and it's all located right above the activities at the Winter Park Resort. It was the perfect fit! We were also pleased with the service we received from the Management Company. Would definitely rent this unit again!

MANAGER'S RESPONSE...What kind words you have! So happy to hear this loft was a HUGE success with the entire family! Love the layout and how it's all on one level and SO close to all the fun summer activities at the base of the resort. We hope to see you back here again next summer!

Thanks for a great stay. We loved this condo- very comfortable beds, beautiful gas fireplace, a short walk to the lifts & loved having the garage. Snowed while we were there. We also loved the layout of the kitchen. Cooked a nice dinner for friends & it had everything we needed! Can't wait to visit again this summer.

Thank you so much for wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful, clean, and easy to access - And Winter Park Lodging Company made everything a breeze. Great customer service. We felt right at home - so inviting and convenient.. We are looking forward to our next visit already :)

Great location. The property was very clean and comfortable for a group of our size (7 adults). We really liked that everything was all on one floor. No stairs after skiing was GREAT! We hope to be back soon.

Our whole family (6) had a really wonderful time at Winterpark. The Loft where we stayed had every amenity we could ask for and the Custom Delivery for boots, skis, etc. was the first time we experienced that service. With three kids, it was a great idea and cut down on the stress of getting everyone equipped. The fireplace was lovely. My 9 year old grandson would turn it on, pull up a cushion and stretch out in front if it at every opportunity. He looked like a cat in the sun! Everything was spotlessly clean and the washer and dryer was so helpful with three kids. We all had a great time. Thank you so much for your help with planning this wonderful vacation for our family. Everything from the minute we booked the condo was great. The management company called us before our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed to check in. One of the humidifiers was broken when we arrived but they had a new replacement delivered within the hour. The property is beautiful and close to everything you could need.
