We had a family reunion at Winter Park and choose Eagle Wind Lodge because of the size, beautiful accommodations and price. There was plenty of room for our large group. Having two dishwashers and two washers and dryers was a plus for our large group. The teens in the group loved the downstairs, watching movies in the cozy den and playing ping pong and pool. The hot tub was perfect with no issues at all! Beds were also very comfortable. We even had a moose sighting right outside the house. There is a pickle ball court and park very close by and the house was just a few miles from shopping and hiking. Our favorite thing to do was riding up the gondola and hiking the amazing trail at the top. Would stay again! House was very clean!

Pretty sure mere words can’t describe our experience with Winter Park Lodging and Eagle Wind Lodge! Family of 15, 3 generations, 4 couples, 7 grandkids… plenty of room for all. So clean- the kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. and 2 dishwashers! The ladies were in love! Check in and check out was so easy! Everyone is already asking for our next trip to Winter Park!

The house was amazing! It was clean, large and well stocked with everything we needed. The management company was super nice and went above and beyond for us in many ways. I can't wait to come back again next year!

We had 15 and two days, 16 people and we couldn't have had a better time or a more comfortable visit! This house is beautiful and our big Italian family got to make homemade meals together and bond and have so much fun together! If we all get together in the area again, this is the perfect house for us! Clean! Well stocked! Great communication!

Beautiful, spacious place for our ski trip! 14 adults fit well without feeling crowded. The common areas mixed with the kitchen is perfect. You can’t beat the views, sunrises and sunsets. Extremely close proximity to the bus stop. We appreciated check ins from property management and if needed anything there was a quick response. Definitely hope to be back next trip!

We had two families of 8 adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy some privacy and lots of large spaces to enjoy the company. We especially loved the Dining Room, Kitchen and Great Room. My only minor suggestion would be to maybe pour a small bit of concrete by the hot tub entry, the stairs were a bit wobbly and the rocks a bit uncomfortable on bare feet, but we still enjoyed the tub immensely!! There was plenty of activities to choose from in the area this time of year. Our group did some local shopping, hiking and the ATV Guided Tour and enjoyed all of them. Thanks for the beautiful stay. Colorado never disappoints!!

This home is tremendous with loads of room for all! We had 14 of us in here and it was often times we didn't run into each other for a large chunk of the time. Great views of the mountains and a peaceful location. And SNOW.....in April! It was a terrific time and we all enjoyed it. Hope to all come back and do it again.

Our extended family of 16 had a wonderful Winter Park ski trip staying at Eagle Wind Lodge. Everyone comfortably fit, with a few kids sleeping on couches. The house is very spacious, has a great kitchen and a large dining table that fits 12. It was fun playing pool and ping pong. Great large screen TVs on main level and downstairs. Overall, a great place for a large family or group of friends to stay and enjoy the Winter Park experience!

I stayed at Eagle Wind Lodge for a company retreat in early December and it was perfect for everything we needed. The house is quite large, bigger than it looks in the photos and the views are stunning! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need (and more) and there are five big bedrooms with really comfy beds & bedding. We loved the Aveda products in the bathrooms and that the house came with tea and coffee. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and the garage is huge with tons of room for two cars and gear storage. #1 recommendation - take a bath in the Primary bathtub with views of the Resort, so relaxing! Winter Park Lodging Company was easy to work with and we loved the remote check in options since we got in really late.

We had a great stay at this place. The views were amazing and the living spaces were perfect for our family. My family loved the pool table and the ping pong table. The dining space and accommodations were excellent for our family of 12. The only drawbacks were that only one bathroom was connected to one bedroom and the rest were not. Also the balconies had grated floors which required you to wear shoes on them and could not go barefooted. We stayed here during the summer. The kitchen was excellent and loved having views while fixing the meals. We would highly recommend this property.

Our entire family was able to get away to a cooler destination and enjoy some Colorado hospitality. The accommodations were perfect and the Winter Park Lodging staff checked in with us often to make sure everything was going good. Would definitely recommend a stay with these folks.

We spent a month at Eagle Wind Lodge with family. The house has great common spaces and the kitchen is fully stocked. The games cabinet, pool table, ping pong, and hot tub all added to our enjoyment. We skied a lot at Winter Park - the bus stop is right outside the house and it was an easy trip to Mary Jane even just to ski a few hours in the afternoon. Winter Park Lodging Company was always incredibly responsive to any request, big or small. We would definitely recommend to future renters.

We could not have been happier with our experience with WP Lodging Company as well as the Eagle Wind Lodge. Every accommodation was met and a personal touch was added at every turn. I stay in the mountains frequently and this was by far the best value I have ever experienced. Cant wait to come back!

We had my husband's 60th birthday party here and all the kids and grandkids came to this FABULOUS home. I told the staff what the occasion was for and the gave him a gift bag with neat stuff and champagne. What an awesome time. I have had the pleasure of staying in other units and haven't been disappointed yet. 2 thumbs up !!!!! Thanks for everything !!!!

The Eagle Wind Lodge is a great house with plenty of room. I loved the well stocked kitchen!! We had fun biking and hiking and sight seeing. Definitely recommend this house. For great views take the new gondola at Winter Park resort. Can't say enough about Winter Park Lodging Company. They came quickly when we found hairs on the living room rug and have a baby crawling all over. Will definitely rent from them again.

Our family of 15 (6 adults and 9 kids) stayed at Eagle Wind Lodge and loved it! Very clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the ping pong table and the hot tub! Great view of the mountains. The rental company checked in with us several times which was nice. It was an excellent experience, and we would definitely stay there again.

Last week was our second Winter Park vacation at Eagle Wind. It is a large property with beautiful views. We noticed when we first arrived that it wasn't as clean as last year, but we just thought maybe it was a quick turnaround from other renters. That is the only reason I did not give it an excellent rating. We called about light bulb out and the door off the track in kids downstairs bedroom. The office sent very nice ladies (Nancy and Amy) who came to vacuum and replace the bulb. They also cleaned the sticky bannister on stairs. We hope to rent Eagle Wind again next year. The location is perfect for all the activities our family enjoys. It is perfect for large groups with that fantastic kitchen, TVs, pool table and ping pong table as well as the hot tub! With the two laundry rooms, we were able to keep up with dirty/wet clothes from all our winter fun.

Our stay was simply amazing! Not just because the houses were fantastic, but because of the superior customer service from everyone at Winter Park Lodging Company! We had an issue with one of the key pads, and I called the office; and was walked through the process from someone at WPLC. I then received a follow up call about an hour later, making sure everything was going ok. But what really amazed me was when I left my computer at one of the homes, after we checked out. We were half way back to Denver when I realized it. I was about to call WPLC, when I received a call from Jenna, saying the inspector found the computer, and what would you like us to do, to get it back to you. I opted to have WPLC Fedex it to me. I then had fantastic communication with both Jenna and Jill, on the progress of getting my computer back. Truly exceptional customer service by everyone; but especially Jill and Jenna! Thanks so much for making our stay, truly fantastic!

Loved everything, The property was ideal. They were beyond our expectations. Positives - Easy access, Lots of parking space, cleanliness, Cooking equipment was provided, Board games, Ping Pong and billiards, Towels & napkins were provided, Were able to hold our shipments, Able to extend our check out time on request, Promptly able to answer my queries and were able to guide us. Negatives - The air was dry in the house but they provided humidifiers.  

MANAGER COMMENTS:  We are all so pleased the Eagle Wind Lodge was a good fit for your group.  It is quite dry up here in the mountains but all of our properties are stocked with humidifiers.  If you ever find that is not the case please do contact us and we will gladly bring one for you.  All of our hot tubs are locked for safety and security reasons.  The code to open it is located in the home (between the kitchen and living room area on the information placard on the wall) and in our app under property information tab or please do call us whenever you encounter something questionable.  We are happy to help out!  Hope to host you out this way again.

We just got back from staying there for almost a week with 14 people. The place was fabulous and fit everyone very comfortably. Kitchen was beyond a cooks dream!

Fantastic mountain home. Wish we could have stayed longer. Amazingly fun to prepare meals and watch college basketball in the kitchen. Snow was great, company was better. Five stars!

We had a wonderful week of skiing in winter park! We had 14 of us in our house that was very nice. Winter park Lodging was very accommodating and we had so much fun! We will be returning next year!

This kitchen was to die for! We didn't want to leave it was so dreamy. We loved bundling up and drinking coffee on the large deck too. This was a nice location as a go between for skiing and hanging out. Not too far from the Resort, but far enough to not feel like you are right in the middle of all the hubbub at the Resort. The bedding situation was so spacious too, so we didn't’t feel cramped at all.

This house was great! Plenty of space to hang out. Our only draw back was that the bunk room didn’t have a door. We were all couples on the trip so it didn’t provide much privacy for them.

Property was excellent for our group. Technical difficulties with the cable TV were not repaired - we had no access to tv programming in the unit for our entire stay which was very disappointing . We were able to view our personal Netflix programming on two of the TV's but had to reconnect it several times & also this slowed wi-go throughout the unit. The property manager offered a discount as compensation that was acceptable to us. Overall property managers were attentive to our needs & offered an alternate unit for viewing the game, & very friendly. Property was awesome, pictures do not do it justice.

I was particularly impressed with the company's service and attentiveness. Multiple phone calls and emails before, during, and after the stay to make sure everything was okay. When the place ran out of hot water, they sent maintenance, who was extremely friendly even though there was nothing he could do and had to come out the Saturday evening of 4th of July weekend (too many showers - we just needed to wait). The place was perfect for our family vacation. Manager's Comments...So glad we were able to help! Loved hearing about your great experience over the holiday weekend. Come back and visit again soon!

First I want to say the house was wonderful! It was even more spacious than it appeared on the website and was perfect for our group. But, I do have a couple of criticisms that might be helpful for you in the future. 1) I had asked for an early check-in and was given the impression this would not be a problem. On arrival day no one seems to be aware of this. And when we finally arrived at the house at 4:00 which is the listed check-in, housekeeping was still at the house cleaning. I understand turn around days must be crazy for you guys, but would have preferred that we were not given the expectation of getting in early, than what happened. 2) We were unclear about operating the heat in the house. Thermostats were all set on lowest setting , but house was comfortable when we checked in. SO we weren't sure if the scattered thermostats even worked the system and did not adjust them. Next morning we woke up and house was 59degrees inside. WE then did adjust all thermostats to about 67 and eventually it became comfortable. A little heads up on this would have been helpful. 3) We could not get main TV in great room to work, nor could the fellow who came by our first night. Turned out cabinet door with Direct TV box needed to be open in order to work. A little note about this would have been helpful. 4) Not a problem for us, but owners needs to know freezer door is difficult to stay all the way shut. I hope these comments are helpful. Again, we loved the house and had a wonderful vacation. Location, amenities and comfort were A plus. Just thought this feedback should be helpful Happy New Year Kenny Gardner Manager comments: The check in difficulty you experienced was definitely a misalignment of some bad stars! We strive to have properties ready by 4pm to give ourselves a bit of a window and ensure all will be perfect for arrival time. While we never can promise an early check in (for the unfortunate reason you experienced) to guests we do try to be prepared for them and in the case that a property is ready early we do reach out to guests and let them know. Our apologies that you were given a false impression of early check in for your stay. The heating and TV snafu is something we will address and provide some better written instructions in the property and on the app as well. Thank you also for bringing the freezer door to our attention. We will make adjustments on that or perhaps replace the door entirely. We are so glad that your overall experience was very positive and again thank you for your cooperation and patience during a very hectic week!

From the moment we booked this home (9 months in advance), Winter Park Lodging Company has been so accommodating. They continuously strived to help us plan a wonderful vacation. As soon as we arrived at the Eagle Wind Lodge, I knew we would absolutely love our stay. The view was breathtaking. The home is filled with windows which allows you to enjoy the mountain views from any room in the house! WPLC was very attentive after we checked in at Eagle Wind Lodge! I would recommend both the lodge and WPLC. Made our Christmas vacation 2015 one to remember!

Eagle Wind Lodge is truly stunning. The views are amazing from the floor to ceiling picture windows and the wrap around balcony. The spacious kitchen was perfect for our large group - everyone always seems to hang out in the kitchen!! The beds and linens were high end. We were greeted by a welcome note and a treat. Very impressed with Winter Park Lodging Company. I will definitely use you again in the future.

I had a family reunion in Winter Park and we had 14 people staying at this house. It still seemed empty. We had several get togethers at the house with 25+ people. It was perfect. The view was so nice, it made everyone in a good mood. I wish I could buy the house.

We had a group of 14 and got a great deal on this home in Winter Park. It is enormous, and we had loads of space to find our alone time in. Deck was superb and we ended up using the grill a couple of nights for the sole reason to enjoy the views. Liked having the second living room downstairs too, which worked well for giving the kids (total of 6 between 5-14) their own area to hang out in.

This home was absolutely perfect. The views are spectacular. The kitchen is wonderfully workable. Loved Loved Loved the extra fridge in the garage. Just one suggestion a garage door opener would be fabulous,and an instruction sheet for hot tub. The maintenance staff of Winter Park Lodging Co. was very good about quickly responding to our requests for hot tub help and humidifiers. Just a suggestion there are cobwebs on the large chandelier and in the corners of the doors to go out on deck. We did not care but someone else may. Our stay in this home was above our expectations.

We had a blast with this house. The house has an open layout with a lot of spaces/rooms to spread out, a lot of linens, towels, toilet papers and clean too. It was a great vacation for a big group like us. Some of the bedrooms have big space so we didn't feel too full with many kids in the bedroom. My only suggestion is that the kitchen needs bigger pots and pans for a big group. Other than that, no complain! We had fun, fun and fun! Consider to go back with this house for the next vacation.
