Trestle House

While there were issues with our week long stay it was nothing but great with the Winter Park Lodging Company. They respond very quickly to a few things needed and the house was perfect for our family reunion. The issue had to do with the heavy machinery operating every day on a ski run next to the house more or less ruining time on the decks during the day (very loud). These things can't be known but in the future I will look close at any possible construction near a house I rent.

Trestle House has to be the nicest Ski in/Ski Out at Winter Park. It was the perfect set up for our group of 10. 4 adults and 6 teenagers. On the day that we did not ski, we were going to go shopping in town but opted to stay home just because the house is so beautiful and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't ask for a better location. Spotless accommodations magnificent views and with the age differences with the GRANDS it was perfect. For our family of 12 I could not pick a more perfect house. And THANKS for the GOODIES that were there when we arrived. YUMMIE!  ALSO 2 of my grandsons took remarkable photos of the house and the area around it.

Trestle House is great - feels like new, light and bright, very upscale and well-stocked. And Winter Park Lodging Co is always a reliable host with excellent communication and follow through. Highly recommend both!

The Trestle House was perfect for our large group. The views were breathtaking, and the house was spacious and beautifully furnished. The basement hangout area provided the perfect entertainment for our group when not out on the slopes. We had an amazing vacation!

The Trestle House was second to none. Absolutely gorgeous with every possible amenity. And the Winter Park Lodging Company people just added to the value we received. Alex and Peggy and the rest were perfect hosts. Anything we needed before and during our stay was provided. Communications between us were very easy. This is the second time we stayed in one of their properties and will do it again in a heartbeat.

This place is amazing! You are IT as far as right along the ski trail. Remarkable neighborhood with super easy on/off trail access. We were delighted that our youngest finally tackled her "blue" phobia and was able to ski back down to the house at the end of the day (Mary Jane Trail). We could have also ridden the chair lift back down to get to the home but were so excited to not have to! It was a fantastic experience renting with this company and we are already planning our next trip. Thank you so much for the help getting it all arranged and all the amazing family memories. We WILL be back!

We absolutely loved Trestle house, the accommodations were just perfect for our family.

Words don't even begin to describe how cool this house is! It is pure luxury and by far the nicest home we've even stayed in. The attention to detail is second to none and you can tell how much time the owners spent on building this gem. The main floor is the kitchen/living/dining area and it's so nice and open. We even ate outside one warm-ish night on the deck on this level. Most of the bedrooms are on the middle level and offered our group lots of room and privacy. The lower level has a second lounge, bar & game area that everyone loved! Plus if you're coming in the winter, you can ski right off the back patio from this level. There's also decks on every level and off a few of the bedrooms. The neighborhood is completely private and very upscale. One small issue is that the hot tub wasn't in place yet, but we talked with Winter Park Lodging Company, and it's coming in June as soon as the snow melts for installation. Not a big deal considering how nice this home is!

My family and I were looking for a different and special type of house to stay when we were thinking about traveling to Winter Park. My kids are mostly grown, so when I was doing research, I was looking for a more stylish place where they might actually WANT to stay. Trestle House had it all!  All the kids felt like they had their own space, and my sons were even able to work out in the work out room! The snacks and treats were such a nice surprise when we arrived (we were STARVING)! Although the dishwasher was a little finicky when we first got there, Margaret from Winter Park Lodging Company was quick to respond, and had it fixed within an hour. All-in-all, we had an amazing experience. If you’re looking for lots of room, and tons of style, this is the place.
