So much room! Everyone stayed very comfortable and there was so much for the kids to do here. Private playground/swing set! Amazing neighborhood to walk around with the strollers and kids. Booking, checking in/out was very simple. We all had a terrific time and hope to all enjoy again!

Our stay at Elk Lodge was wonderful! The Winter Park Lodging staff was super helpful to our large group of east coasters answering many planning questions! They consistently checked in to see if we needed anything. The house layout was perfect for multiple families, giving both large common space and tucked away large bedrooms for privacy. House was extremely well stocked (any kitchen utensil you could imagine, tons of extra blankets/pillows, and even humidifiers in each bedroom). Heated garage was the perfect way to store all of our skiing/boarding gear and allow everything to dry overnight. Beautiful views from the hot tub and we couldn’t be closer to the bus stop. Honestly-can’t imagine a better house for large groups. Thanks so much for having us! We will be back.

Every year my group of friends uses winter park lodging co to rent out a cabin for Thanksgiving. And wow! They always take care of us. The return discount, the treats left for my sisters service dog and a prompt response when things go wrong! We had an issue with our stove which they fixed as soon as possible the next morning. We even had an issue with a pull out bed and they ended up refunding us an amount to compensate for the lost space. We will keep staying with them each year as long as they'll have us!! 10/10 for customer service and stocked houses!

A very large home that was comfortable for our extended family. Great large hot tub which was kept quite clean throughout our stay. A whole hidden kids paradise downstairs! Lots of space for all and a terrific yard for children. We would recommend!

Our family loves the Winter Park area, Elk Lodge and Winter Park Lodging. With a large group, this house is perfect. Nothing is lacking in the amenities or supplies. Plenty of beds and bedding. Plentiful towels. Employees who respond quickly to any question or need. Great choice of a place to relax and enjoy some family time.

A tremendous stay at a very warm, inviting home. We loved having a whole home to enjoy and ample space to cook and dine together. Thanks to the Lodging folks for helping with TV issues, that were all self-inflicted, and checking in on us so thoroughly. Hope to come enjoy it again!

Our large family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Elk Lodge. Very comfortable for our group of 18, with beds for everyone and lots of bathrooms. Winter Park Lodging Company is the best property management group we have ever used with excellent communication, clean properties with all the items you need. We've booked with them before and will use them again.

Nothing better than time spent with family. We have been getting together for 15 years with 8 of those in Winter Park. This was our third year at Elk Lodge. Such a lovely and well designed home for lots of bodies. Plenty of everything. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is a must, and hard to find. We will be back!! Thanks Winter Park Lodging Co employees for your attention to detail and questions any time of the day!!  Already looking forward to next year. :)

Omg, this house is amazing! I am renting houses in Colorado all the time (I love to organize women's getaways) and all houses have a different atmosphere. As soon as I walked in I felt a warm energy. Everything was super clean. All our stay I was in touch with a team from the lodging company.  If I had any questions I just texted them and almost immediately received an answer. Even after we left I realized that we forgot some stuff - they offered to deliver it to me! I really enjoyed our 3 day stay, and working with you guys was absolutely great. Very professional. I would definitely be back and highly recommend this house.

Our families loved this home. Nothing fancy but plenty of room for all! The hot tub was surely the biggest hit. Easy to drive to the mountain or just take the shuttle....the stop is right by the home. We would love to come back and are already trying to get it planned!  Thank you

This was our seventh year at Winter Park for a family get together. Winter Park Lodging does a wonderful job of making sure everything is in order. Great team!! Our house was perfect for our group...plenty of beds and bathrooms, well stocked kitchen and loads of towels for hot tubing. Kids enjoyed the outdoor play set and variety of things to do in the basement. The house provides the perfect layout for a large group with hiking, biking, boating, golfing, and fishing nearby. We will be back!!!

Five couples (college girlfriends plus spouses) had a reunion here the first week of October. Five bedrooms each with a queen size bed gave us a lovely level of privacy for each couple. Three of the bedrooms had a private bath, and the two bedrooms on the walk-out level had a shared bath. The house had a lovely living room where all 10 of us could visit (or watch tv), as well as a family room on the lower level if some members wanted to do something different. The kitchen was great for our meal preparations, and the dining room table seated all 10 of us for our meals. We loved the deck and hot tub and were blessed with delightful weather. The aspen were at their golden peak. The management company was very responsive to a couple of small needs. We would highly recommend this home to families or groups of friends wanting to book a beautiful, large home for special times together.

Our family of 18 enjoyed 4 days in the Winter Park area, we rented Elk Lodge and it was perfect arrangements for our kids and grandkids. Each adult couple had a bathroom attached to their room and there was plenty of room for our 10 grandkids as well. The staff was very helpful throughout the booking process right through check out. The fridge had stopped working one day while we were gone all day and they sent the maintenance man over and they reimbursed us for all the food that was ruined. We will choose Elk Lodge again if we come back to the area with our family! Thank you for a delightful stay!

We have enjoyed getting together for a family celebration the week of July 4th for 14 years. This year there were 19 of us in this lovely 5 bed, 5 bath house. It is our favorite hands down!!! We are already hoping to secure the property for next year. Winter Park Lodging Company is great to work with and are amazing to solve any problems as they arise!! Only positives when working with Winter Park professionals who know their properties well :) Thank you!!!

Elk Lodge is a most beautiful property, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, cozy yet spacious, with plenty of room for 8 adults and 7 children (actually can sleep up to 19!). High-end appliances, plenty of basic items such as paper towels, toilet paper, dishes and glasses, silverware, very well appointed! We had such a wonderful 4 days here, hanging out with our children,spouses, and grandchildren. Making memories! Thank you for keeping in touch - it was great to know that the Winter Park Lodging company was just a phone call away. Hope to be back some day!

Our stay was simply amazing! Not just because the houses were fantastic, but because of the superior customer service from everyone at Winter Park Lodging Company! We had an issue with one of the key pads, and I called the office; and was walked through the process from someone at WPLC. I then received a follow up call about an hour later, making sure everything was going ok. But what really amazed me was when I left my computer at one of the homes, after we checked out. We were half way back to Denver when I realized it. I was about to call WPLC, when I received a call from Jenna, saying the inspector found the computer, and what would you like us to do, to get it back to you. I opted to have WPLC Fedex it to me. I then had fantastic communication with both Jenna and Jill, on the progress of getting my computer back. Truly exceptional customer service by everyone; but especially Jill and Jenna! Thanks so much for making our stay, truly fantastic!

Elk Lodge was a great accommodation for our big family. It was spacious on three levels and having 5 bathrooms was a big plus. The kitchen was well equipped except for hot pads (we only found one). We enjoyed using the deck and hot tub. The location was really good. We went to Winter Park Ski Resort and had a great time doing the summer activities. Everyone loved going on the alpine slide. We also did some hiking at Rocky Mtn. National Park and in the local area. The weather was great, loved the cool nights. I would recommend this as a great place for your family vacation.

We had 15 people stay here and we had a great time. Well stocked with all we needed. Only two things we could say was a slight problem was the location of the second main floor bathroom. Only one bedroom on the main floor that had a bath so the second one was convenient for no one. The other was the bus shuttle it was on. Winter Park needs to divide that route in half, only ran once an hour during the week and it was about a 30 min ride, lots of stops! I would definitely recommend this home. Also the hot tub was very large, loved using it nightly!

MANAGER COMMENTS:  We are so pleased everyone enjoyed being there overall.  That second bathroom on the main level is meant to be like the powder room bathroom but has the added benefit of a shower....just in case!  The Lift shuttle service is still in it's infancy stage so we will gladly suggest they break up the line up in that neighborhood to make things a bit quicker and more streamline.  Thank you so much for letting us know.  We do hope to get to host you again.

Great house with enough bedrooms and bunks for the entire family! Great kids play room on the lower level. Loved the shuttle close by to get to the slopes! The littles loved sledding in the back yard! Equipped wonderfully! Just a couple things - 1) there seemed to be a little mold on the ceilings above a couple showers, not good for those with allergies. 2) the bedding was great except that the sheets were a little stiff, not luxuriously soft. Appreciate the "no pet" rule. Quick response when the coffee maker wasn't working. The new one made lots of great coffee! THANKS for everything.

The Elk Lodge worked perfectly for our family weekend. 9 Adults and 8 kids and there was room for all. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed or could expect. The experience with Winter Park Lodging Company was excellent as well. They treated us like family and were truly concerned that everything was in order and ready for us. Thanks to the staff there for everything they did to make our stay the best!

The moment we arrived- 6 adults and 8 kids, the group couldn’t help but smile. From the playground outside the basement, to the jacuzzi, Elk Lodge has everything covered. Spacious bedrooms, with a couch in the Master Bedroom, the only argument was deciding who was going to use the Master Room. The House was clean and with plenty of extras (3 snow sleds, all blankets and extra comforters). I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home, clean and the master bdr is to die for, with big deep tub and heated floors...all 3 levels where perfect...our family stay was 16 people from 5 to 93 yrs old! It was great! I wish I thought about ADA accommadations a little more...no bars in bathrooms, but I would go again, and my 93 year old mom in-law made it just fine! Hot tub was clean and deck has a beautiful view! I would do this again every year...maybe twice!

MANAGER'S COMMENTS...How fantastic to have so many generations in one house to enjoy some time in the mountains. We will look into getting some bars in the bathroom. That would make it a bit more appealing to the golden agers.

This home was amazing! Perfectly situated in Winter Park, about a mile from downtown, surrounded by trees and fantastic views. Our group included four families, and the five bedrooms and additional bunks housed us all comfortably. We will definitely be back!!!

My crew and I had a wonderful time at the Elk Lodge. The town itself is perfectly set up for big groups with their free shuttles to the mountain and free shuttles at night around town. The house was also great, everything was prepared for our stay. We had plenty of room to cook for and feed an army. The Winter Park Lodging Company was also incredibly helpful, helping me with everything I needed at the house. They even ran over a bag of ice after hours. They are great, the house is great, and the town of Winter Park is great. Can't speak highly enough!

We are already planning to rent this house next time we're in Winter Park. Everyone at Winter Park Lodging was so helpful and made sure to check in constantly to make sure everything was all good. The place was right off the bus route so getting to the slopes was so easy. We adored every part of this house.

Everyone at Winter Park Lodging Company is so great. They even gave us a call when we were on our way to give us a road report so we had no surprises. They were awesome through the entire process from booking to the end of our vacation. We absolutely loved the home and thought it was perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hot tub was a lot of fun. The home felt clean, warm and inviting. The location was perfect as it was easy to get anywhere from the resort to in town. If anyone has a big family or group this home is a perfect choice. We will be using WPLCO next time we come back to WP.

Our whole family stayed in Winter Park for a wedding at Devil's Thumb Ranch in Tabernash. Since staying at the ranch was a bit beyond our budget we found Winter Park Lodging Company online. The managers were so wonderful to work with and caring. From the first time talking to them till the end of our stay they kept us very informed. The house was so wonderful, it was way beyond any of our expectations! Eleven of us stayed here and there was so much room for more. Each person had private space, very important in keeping everyone happy for a large family get together. ESPECIALLY the 5 bathrooms came in very handy. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and used it all the time. The kitchen was extremely well equipped so we ended up cooking several of our meals. The laundry was super nice too. We found everything to be so clean! If we ever make it back out this way, we will definitely be using Winter Park Lodging Company again. Hopefully the people working there will still be there since they were amazing! Thanks Sarah & Amy!!
