Parents, Grandparents, and 2 older kids and everyone had their own bed! Loved the location close to music and all the fun shops and trails around. Terrific management folks and super clean hot tub. Quite a few stairs but kept us all in hiking condition!

Party was father with 3 adult (20-30 year old) sons, so some space was needed. 3 bedroom plus fold out couch gave everyone their own room. One key for us was private hot tub large enough for the 4 of us. The hot tub with this unit was excellent. Overall the unit was clean and updated. Very pleasant. Location absolutely in the heart of town but still quiet. My highest praise regarding the unit itself is the way it is stocked. Plenty of the little things that are a pain in the butt to buy for a 4 night stay but necessary to be comfortable. The unit included lots of laundry soap, dishwasher soap, washer/dryer soap, spices, coffee filters, towels etc. so that whenever there was a task the supplies were there to complete it. Also highest praise for the responsiveness of the Winter Park Lodging Co team. We had a couple minor glitches (smoke alarm battery, slow draining sink), but each time they responded quickly. The handyman, Robert, is super nice. Thanks and will stay again on next trip to Winter Park.

By Jennifer, Posted: 01/19/2021This condo is in a great location in Winter Park! Lots of space to spread out; really enjoyed the bathroom per bedroom with an additional half bath on the main floor! Personal hot tub wonderful after a day enjoying winter sports outdoors! Kitchen very well stocked. No need to bring any extras along. Lots of stairs but it provided a lot of privacy across rooms. Communication wonderful with any questions during stay. So nice to be able to text or call and get an answer immediately! Heated garage with extra parking spot convenient. We didn't make it tubing across the street but we look forward to enjoying that next trip. Personal message with goodies nice touch when we checked in. Great condo; we'll definitely return!

When little things happened (remote needed batteries, bulb burned out), the staff was very responsive! I found Winter Park Lodging Company to be very easy to work with.

By Stephanie, Posted: 04/11/2019The condo was amazing with plenty of room for a family 6. Clean, lots of extra towels and hot tub was a plus, especially after a long day at the slopes!! The only issue we had was icy driveway.
MANAGER COMMENTS: So sorry about the icy buildup on the driveway over there. Those Sawmill Stations are so closely spaced it does get hard to totally eliminate all the snow and ice toward the end of the season. Please do always contact us so we may so whatever we can to keep things safe.

We had out of town family and it was very convenient to rent from Christy Sports and switch out demo skis at the end of the day. My son-in-law bought boots and had little minor adjustments done. We walked to and from dinner and didn't have to worry about drinking. The condo was fabulous. It's hard to find condos that have two queen beds and enough bathrooms for everyone to be in them at once, which this condo did have! We normally stay closer to the ski hill, but this condo gave us a different perspective and we loved it!

The bedrooms are a good size, but overall the living space was a bit tight for our party of 8; next time we all return as an extended family we will probably go with a bigger unit. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and the staff at the Winter Park Lodging Company were very helpful and thorough with reservations and check in.

Also, if we have any problems, the business is quick to respond and get back to you. Sawmill Station was great because it had lots of room for our family and extra space for visitors. The child booster seat, gate and pack and play were convenient for our 2-year-old to use. We also liked having a playground so near by!

By Julie, Posted: 07/31/2015We had a lovely time during our stay here. The unit is ideally located a few feet from Hideaway Park where a band plays every Thursday evening. No need to pack a lawn chair; they have them there to borrow. There is a skateboard park (bring your own skateboard). Right behind the units is trails you can hike. Within walking distance is many restaurants, a cute shopping center (where a band was playing on Friday night), and places to rent bikes. For a longer walk or short driving distance, there is a theater that also has a shuffle board table, a couple of pool tables, and a bowling alley. The theater is smaller, but has the best seats of any theater I've ever visited. The grocery store is located a few short minutes away in Fraser. We also enjoyed white water rafting and golfing. We golfed at Pole Creek Golf Course about 15 minutes from Winter Park. You can rent clubs, and the views are spectacular. A little pricey, but lots of fun with some challenging holes. The unit itself is very accommodating with plenty of room. The family enjoyed the hot tub. Even in the summer the evenings get plenty cool. We grilled out most evenings. The only thing we wished for while there were ceiling fans. The nights get cool enough to open windows, but the noise will keep you awake. Without the windows open it got a little stuffy at night. Overall though highly recommend this unit for utility, location and friendliness of staff.

The hot tub was delightful. All the instructions were easy to understand -- regarding checking in and checking out. No complaints at all. Thank you.
