Situated just a short drive from the town of Fraser and close to Winter Park, this beautiful, private mountain home takes you far from the hectic hustle and bustle of modern day life. Offering pure privacy, this home was built to help you & your dog (one allowed) enjoy the great outdoors. That's not to say that it shies away from a generous helping of luxurious trappings, including a glorious, light filled great room with a towering log fireplace, spacious game room with additional lounge and full size second kitchen, high-end kitchen with everything your chef would need and so much more!

Ready to rest easy? You'll love the plush King Primary Suite on the main level and second King Suite on the upper level, both with large ensuite bathrooms. You'll sleep like a baby in the King bedroom or the Queen bedroom, both on the upper level with a shared bathroom. Head downstairs for additional privacy to the lower level King Bedroom with a Twin over Twin bunk bed and another Bunk Room with a Full over Full bunk beds. All beds feature our premium hotel-style luxury linen package to ensure a restful night's sleep.
Designed to embrace the great outdoors, the home features expansive decks and patios with a large outdoor hot tub, natural gas grill and outdoor dining table for those al fresco summer feasts. It also features a 50 AMP Tesla Destination Charger for the energy conscious drivers with compatible electric vehicles. Ranch Creek Lodge is perfectly designed for family retreats looking to enjoy both indoor and outdoor luxury living.

Pet Friendly: This home is pet friendly for one dog. There is a required $25 nightly fee for one dog which will be added at time of checkout.

Luxury Linen Package Included: This home has crisp, white duvet covers that are washed after every stay. Enjoy hotel-style bedding in the comfort of a home.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, Second King Suite, King Bedroom, Queen Bedroom, King Bedroom with Twin/Twin bunk bed, and Bunk Room with Full/Full bunk beds. Sleeps up to 14 guests.

  • There is a steep driveway and/or access roads to this home that require 4WD in the winter
  • Cell phone service is limited at this property location.
  • The neighborhood nordic ski and hiking/biking trails go through private property and are for owner use only. For trail access in winter and summer, you may drive to Devil's Thumb Ranch or Snow Mountain Ranch to purchase a day pass for their trails. To access Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort and Spa ski trails, you must drive to the resort via County Rd 83 and purchase a pass there. You also may not access DTR from the north road of the Tawny Buc Trail Cul De Sac. Violating these terms will result in the neighborhood losing access to the DTR trails.
