Timber Ridge Lodge was a perfect place for our annual ski trip! Lots of space for everyone to feel comfortable and amazing views from the living room. Great spot for those looking to ski Winter Park and the boot heaters in the garage was a bonus! Will be staying at another one of their locations next year!

House was wonderful, clean and large enough for our family of nine. The views are outstanding. We loved this house and would definitely rent again! Wishes: kitchen more equipped with pans, foil, plastic containers. Better towels for hot tub.

We had an amazing week in CO. The views from our home were incredible. The staff was easy to work with and easy to get a hold of. There isn’t a single thing we would change from our stay. I highly recommend this amazing home!!!

We had a great stay at this beautiful home in Winter Park, Co! The house is gorgeous and had everything we needed! We had a couple of minor issues while there, and the company sent someone out immediately to address the problem and it was solved. They answered all our questions and were very responsive to all of our needs. We would definitely use this company again for future stays in CO!

A nice, large home with spectacular views. You do surely want a 4x4 vehicle as it was a bit dicey for us to get there but there was a decent storm on our arrival. The kitchen was perfect for all of our meals and all enjoyed the billiards table. Overall a great stay!

Two minor problems- we couldn’t get the front door code to work, but easily came through the garage. We didn’t call because it was not an inconvenience. There were two coffee makers, but the Krueger unit didn’t have a pot for the option of making more than one cup. The kitchen was very convenient for our large crew. The view was excellent. We were very pleased with the accommodations.

Absolutely cannot say enough about this home. Our whole family got together to celebrate my dad’s 50th birthday and Timber Ridge Lodge was the perfect place for the occasion. There was plenty of room and things to do for both the adults and kids. The hot tub was definitely a hit. We were here during the fall, and the view of the leaves changing below from up in the mountains was beautiful. We also cannot thank Winter Park Lodging Company enough for making my father’s birthday so special and for the goodies they provided upon our arrival. Highly recommend this home and management company.

We had a group of 13 and had a wonderful stay. We felt that it was the best home that we had ever rented. We liked the layout of the house -- one bedroom on the main level and all others below. This worked very well with multiple families (with children) staying together. The large windows gave wonderful views and much light throughout the house. The house sits high on a hill and overlooks Winter Park. You don't feel crowded by neighbors. There is a sense of privacy here. There were two sets of washers / dryers -- one on the main level and one below. This was very convenient. There are many closets and storage spaces. And the spacious two-car garage was also very nice. We had a third vehicle (Suburban) that we parked in the driveway as well. I believe that 2 more vehicles would have also fit if needed. If we were to ever purchase a home in Winter Park, I would want it to be a home like this one. Whoever built this home planned it well.

Great service before, during and after our stay. Easy to communicate with via email or phone - responded to questions within 24 hours on email, open 7 days/week and answer phone directly. During our visit, we had a few things we asked for and they brought them right to our house. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall a great experience and I would use this Winter Park Lodging Company again! I highly recommend booking through them.

Winter Park Lodging Company is by far the best vacation rental agency I have ever used. Our family has rented many vacation homes, and I have never been so pleased with the service and response time. The home was maintained well, and if we had a problem it was fixed immediately. I would love to rent from them again.

This house worked well for our family. 3 king bedrooms gave adults privacy and 2 bunk bedrooms gave all kids their own beds. Pool table and hot tub were favorites. Two washers and dryers were helpful. The kitchen supplies and overall wear and tear on this house needs attention.

We stayed at the Timber Ridge Lodge in Winter Park in December of 2018 and had a great time. The house was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Not only was the interior clean, comfortable and spacious, we were met with dramatic views of the exterior. I have no hesitations in recommending this property to others. On a personal note, the property management company was exceptional and they really saved us from a potential disaster. We had last minute issues with a rental through another source, and our vacation could have been a misadventure. Instead they went out of there way to find us this beautiful home and we were even greeted with a nice care package when we arrived very late at night. Being a vacation rental property owner ourselves, we very much appreciated the professionalism that we received.

We were originally supposed to stay in a different property but due to a heating issue had to choose an alternative. Although the situation was stressful and less than ideal, the Winter Park Lodging Company team did what they could to make the situation right and were accommodating. Timber Ridge Lodge is a beautiful, large home and was very clean. Although we were a group of adults, this house would be perfect for a family or a couple of families. The location is about a 10 minute walk to the winter park resort shuttle (a little hard at the end of the day with ski boots and uphill). I would use the company and stay in Timber Ridge again.

MANAGER COMMENTS:  Many thanks for all your patience and understanding with your difficult reservation Melissa.  Your group were a bunch of troopers to brave the walk to and from the shuttle!  We mainly suggest driving part way into town to catch the shuttle from this home.  But the views will always make up for it!

There were ten adults and seven children and this home was absolutely perfect. We are Texans and I expected the home to be a little chilly, but the radiant heat was amazing and we were never chilled. Our surprise on Christmas morning (that the whole family witnessed) were two bull moose moving downward through the back of the house. It was thrilling. Also sited was a red fox. The management company quickly resolved our icy driveway. The kitchen was well stocked. A wonderful gift box awaited us from the management with lots of sweet things. We had never had a winter alpine experience and we had a wonderful time!!

Beautiful home, amazing views. Strongly recommend a suv to get up and down the driveway. Had a water leak from the master bath to lower level but the staff came immediately to remedy. The coffee cups are more like tea cups. Overall the home was perfect for 6 adults cozy but enough space for everyone. Love the heated floors and garage. I would definitely recommend this home for your vacation.

Excellent setting and beautiful property. Lots of room for our extended family at Thanksgiving and Winter Park Lodging could not have been more attentive and helpful, Margaret in particular. Snow/ice removal taken care of, additional glassware provided immediately. It's amazing how available these people are to get a vacation stay off on the right foot. Timber Ridge Lodge is wonderful spot for a get away of any length of time. Enjoy!

This home was close to shops and downtown Winter Park so we were able to get anywhere in just a few minutes. We rode UTVs, went for walks, rode the alpine slides, ate out, listened to live music and it was all nearby. The views from the home were beautiful and watching the sunset from the balcony was pretty amazing.

We recently stayed in this home for few days. We found out that the ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn't work; the toilet in the master bedroom got stuck every time we flushed and so we had to remove the cover in the water storage tank to reset the float. Also, rooms got stuffy in the night as there was no proper ventilation and with the fan not working we had to keep the sliding door open a bit. The TV in the home had very few channels. For the price we paid we would pick a different home. The only good thing is that the rental company "Winter Park Lodging Company" was great and tried to help us out. We would definitely rent from them again BUT not this home.

MANAGER COMMENTS:  Oh darn!  So sorry it wasn't an ideal spot for you.  We are on getting the ceiling fan and toilet fixed.  We will always bring another fan or something that might help to get you comfortable....just let us know.  We will discuss some additional channel options also with this owner.  Please let us know when you do come back up this way.  We'll be happy to find just the right spot for you.

The lodge was a perfect stay for a large group. The entertainment options and spacing made it easy to be comfortable. Also, the attentiveness of the winter park lodging company was great. The only con would be the long walk to the bus stop, but otherwise this place is perfect!

MANAGER COMMENTS:  So great to hear everyone enjoyed staying there.  The best option for Timber Ridge Lodge guests who wish to ride The Lift into the Resort vs. driving there, is to park at the Cooper Creek free covered garage just at the end of Vasquez Road and hop on the bus from there.  But good on you guys for walking all the way down/up that mighty hill!  You're the real deal.  WPLCo commends you!

Very nice space for families with kids.  Need more glasses for beer & drinks.  Better cookware would be appreciated.  Driveway is tough to maneuver.

MANAGER COMMENTS:  We are so pleased the home worked well for your group.  We can certainly put some additional drinkware in there and some updated cookware as well.  That driveway can be a challenging one in the wintertime. There is a pretty steep climb on that road but the tradeoff are those tremendous views!  Be sure to have a dependable 4x4 vehicle when renting this gem during winter months!  We are always happy to help out with sand or salt when necessary too.  Just let us know.

The house was wonderful with 5 bedrooms for 3 families. Seeing the snowy peaks orange and pink with the sunrise was a painting. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils. There was a negative. My daughter and her husband rolled into each other every night because their mattress needed to be replaced. It was very old and sagged in the middle. This could be easily fixed to have a perfect house.

I really enjoyed our stay. The draw backs were some light bulbs were out such as outside flood light, master bathroom shower light, and a light in dining area to name three. I cook with gusto so i found the kitchen lacking in tools. Sparce on good knives and no grater to be found. It was nice to have humidifers to help with dryness and overall it was excellant vacation

The property was fabulous - spacious, nice furnishings. The pre-check needs to improve as our refrigerator was broken (water sitting in the freezer drawer = clearly hadnt been inspected recently) so that was inconvenient as they traded it out promptly (much appreciated) there was mouse poop on a throw blanket and a big ball of hair in the master shower - otherwise, all was great - the fire pit and furniture on the patio was wonderful and the views were beautiful.

MANAGER COMMENTS:  Dang it!  That's not good!  Our apologies that your check in wasn't up to our normal, high standards.  We do inspect each property within a 24 hour period of each arrival in the hopes of preventing such incidents.  Timing was not on our side!  We have reached out to you to make it right.  We do hope to get to host you again so we can really wow you on your next arrival with our critical eyes.

We arrived at Timber Ridge Lodge, which is a beautiful home with an amazing view. Our son was married at B Lazy 2 Ranch, the home was conveniently located 10 minutes from the ranch. We had 14 family members staying in the home, it was great to all be together.

This was our second year coming to Timber Ridge Lodge as a group of college friends reuniting. Even though we had only been once before, it already feels like home to us and we can't wait to come back for many years to come. There is so much space to hang out, the kitchen is a pleasure to cook in, and the pool table/hot tub/TV setup give us activities to do without ever leaving the comfort of the house. And waking up to the incredible views never gets old. We just love it there!

We rented Timber Ridge Lodge for a family vacation, there were 16 of us and it was perfect. The location was close to all of the activities we did and to downtown Winter Park. The house was beautiful and so comfortable. It was a pleasure to work with the staff at Winter Park Lodging Company. Everyone we spoke to were friendly and so very helpful. If I ever head tho the WP area again I will use Winter Park Lodging Company to find a place to stay. Thanks for a great stay.

The property was beautiful. The service was amazing. One of our group put 2 dozen eggshells in the disposal and backed up the sink. Maintenance was out very quickly to fix our mistake. Gorgeous views. Great quality mattresses and linens. Highly recommend this property.

We went with 3 families (7 kids). Each couple had their own room with a king bed and own bathrooms for each family. The whole house was big enough for us all to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The kitchen was great and equipt with everything we needed for all meals. We will definitely be coming back!!!

My group of 17 was looking forward to our trip to Winter Park for months, excited to reunite for the first time since all graduating from UPenn together. When we got to the house, we were absolutely blown away and I have to say that the property really is what made our trip incredible. We loved the gorgeous kitchen and roomy common areas and there was plenty of room for each person to have a bed to sleep in. The views were breathtaking and we quickly felt at home. Not a single person was ready to leave the house on Monday! Thank you for making our trip great. We can't wait to be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Timber Ridge Lodge very much. We had plenty of room for our entire extended family. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of tools for a gourmet meal in the beautiful kitchen. The bedrooms were well appointed and the layout was great with privacy for the adults and lots of plenty play space for the kids. Great views, fire pit, patio furniture and outdoor space to take it all in! Hope to stay here again soon!

Helpful and proactive every step of the way! Propane tanks full, hot tub pre-warmed, these guys have an excellent process and reliably deliver. Staff attitude was genuinely helpful and hospitable, gave us great restaurant/activity recommendations. Really couldn't have been better! Thanks so much

We were amazed with this home! The location is perfectly located. A nice surprise was the trails around the home that went along the creek. Took some beautiful pictures! We had the perfect weekend getaway, the hardest part was having to come home! We wanted to stay forever!

We had a wonderful time at Timber Ridge Lodge. The house was amazing. The only thing that we had a problem with is that the lower level family room where the kids played games - you could hear the noise up in the front living area. It echoed up the staircase. Suggest removing the ping pong table and putting a TV and chairs in that area. All in all we had a great time and would definitely come back to this place. Loved it! Thank you all so much for everything. You guys are the best!

This comfortable rental home has beautiful views from almost every room. With the 3 bedrooms and connecting bathrooms, it is perfect for 3 couples and has 2 additional bedrooms with bunks for lots of teens or kids. Plenty of space for a large active group. We liked the multi-levels, but could be a problem if you have a hard time going up and down stair-steps. The large two car enclosed garage was definitely a bonus. Classy appointments throughout from the kitchen to the outdoor hot tub. Highly Recommend this rental. Note: in snow conditions, 4 wheel drive is encouraged. This was the 4th time we used Winter Park Lodging Company and we will again. They are always 1st class.

Hey, Timber Ridge Lodge is great but someone should take a look at the ice maker in the fridge as is was very slow to give out ice most of the time. That is about it. Really appreciated the help getting the sidewalks and driveway cleared of snow.

Timber Ridge Lodge is an exceptional facility. Our group was comprised of three generations, total of 12 people. Four were four years old and under, other children ranged up to eleven years old. The space on the lower level was perfect for them for both sleep and play. Upstairs, between table and counter, all of us could eat together. And there was room on the main floor for all of us to gather when that was preferable. Everything worked well, and when assistance was needed Winter Park Lodging Company personnel responded immediately. In addition to the space and layout of this property, we also enjoyed the relative seclusion of its location. A couple of warnings -- the driveway can be difficult when slippery, even with 4WD. Unless several exterior lights are on, the house is difficult to spot and enter after dark until one becomes familiar with it. We are Coloradans who spend a fair amount of time in the mountains. We've used the services of Winter Park Lodging Company for an early winter weekend for quite a few years, and obviously have not been disappointed.

Our 2014 Thanksgiving stay at Timber Ridge Lodge was everything we could have imagined, the size of this home--5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, 2 sets of washers and dryers, 2 refrigerators, hot tub, ping pong table and simply fantastic views. Also, the large kitchen, dining room & eating bar worked wonderfully for our large family, all of this and just 5 minutes from the ski area and wonderful shopping and restaurants at the bottom of the hill. We will definitely stay here again.
