Well, we have a few caffeine wizards here and thought we would share our top three coffee shops in Winter Park, Colorado.
The Perk
Located in Hideaway Station, right beside Fireside Market in downtown Winter Park.
The Perk is a friendly and social coffee hub that will draw you in with its light, inviting interior and comfortable furnishings. Community is integral to the company’s mission, whether you are in Grand County for a day or a decade, this is great place to gather and sip—espresso, teas, or coffee drinks, while nibbling a perfect cinnamon roll. They also serve hot chocolate, chai, and lactose-free options.
Open Sunday through Thursday 7 AM to 6 PM; Friday & Saturday 7 AM to 7 PM.
Rocky Mountain Roastery
Founded in 1993, The Rocky Mountain Roastery is one of the longest standing coffee shops here in Winter Park, and has a very loyal local following. Sporting a relaxed and welcoming, mountain vibe, the cafe is located in Fraser, in the Fraser Valley Shopping Center (look for the Murdoch’s store) and both serves and sells over 20 varieties of home roasted beans to happy customers.
Open daily from 6 AM – 6 PM.
Mountain Grind
Mountain Grind is a coffee shop and more, located in Cooper Creek Square in Downtown Winter Park. They offer a wonderful menu of purely organic coffee, chai, juices and smoothies; plus breakfast, lunch and homemade fudge and ice-cream. They also operate a liquor license and offer a few specialty adult beverages to enjoy by their fountainside location.
Open daily, from 8 AM – 4 PM.
